I was given this book, in exchange for a review. This book was very good. It is easy to read, with stuff constantly happening. I did not want to put it down as I wanted to know what is going to happen! Lots of drama, heartbreak and betrayal. With a lot of people finding themselves. The book is about the fire elemental who is trying to solve a case involving a missing kid. There is always something going on and the book keeps you wanting to finish it. This story started a little slow in my opinion, but it picked up greatly. When the book does grab you, you just want to keep reading to see what happens. The book was written in a way where something is always happening and it flows really nicely. This is the first book I have read from this author I am pretty sure, but I can say I am not disappointed. This was the first book I have read by this author and it was very good. The story line was great and I really loved the characters. Angel is able to depict everything perfectly for you to fall in love with this book. The thing I am disappointed about is... This is the only story? There is still so much that needs to happen. Not only are there aspects of demons, shifters, angels, and the Van Helsings, she also manages to make them all flow together really smoothly. I love the concepts of adding different mythologies into the story, it definitely keeps you on the edge to find out what happens.
